“We weren’t told that the central AC unit was broken before we got there. They had a small window unit for the whole downstairs. We decided to rent another Airbnb and they refunded us our money for the days we didn’t stay. The place is really cute and very clean. And if it wasn’t for the broken AC, we would’ve stayed. They did, however, work with us which we greatly appreciated. I would rent from them again.”
