“The house was clean. you have to make the beds when you arrive. there weren't enough hand towels, not one person as stated in their description. when i asked, they wouldnt provide any. Several of the light bulbs were out. We didn't receive a response about that, so when we did find the ball for the fooseball table under the TV cabinet, it was dark. They just weren't very accommodating. and sometimes didn't respond at all.”

“The view, size, and location were incredible, and the management company was very responsive. Unfortunately, the property itself needs more upkeep. The microwave worked but the glass door was broken, multiple faucets and outdoor fans are wearing out, and the grill seemed to have a propane leak (a full tank only lasted through four burgers). I found six carpet beetle larvae in two bunkbeds while making beds, suggesting a larger issue that needs expert attention. The exterminator came and was kind but inexperienced and didn’t identify a source. Several mattress pads were stained, one bathtub was badly clogged, and a few shower liners were missing. There’s also a large hole in the middle of the boathouse deck roof that’s a tripping and safety hazard—anything could easily fall through. Loud construction next door started before 7 a.m. This home has huge potential—beautiful setting and layout—but it needs deep cleaning, pest treatment, repairs, and safety checks to match its stunning view.”
