“We booked a house for a week in the mountains 10 months before we arrived. We arrived to a dirty house. Dishes were still in the dish washer. Dust was present. Some of the dishes were dirty and greasy in cupboards. The internet did not work and our phones did not get very good service. I sent a message to our hosts Saturday evening when we arrived about the internet not working. The heat thermostat ran on internet. We finally heard from our hosts the next evening after dark. They sent someone out to us and they fixed the internet with batteries. The batteries were dead. On Monday night, the hot tub quit working. Tuesday and Wednesday were Christmas Eve and day, so we didn’t call anyone. On Thursday when we contacted our hosts about the hot tub, they wanted to charge us a service fee to send someone out to us to fix the hot tub. We loved the area and the property. It was beautiful. But the problems and lack of professionalism were not worth the money we spent for a family Christmas.”

“The perfect place to stay for our family ski vacation. Love the house and open floor plan. It was wonderful to be able to cook and interact with the family playing pool and enjoying the hot tub outdoors. Definitely need an AWD vehicle to access in snowy conditions.”

“We had a fantastic stay at this amazing house! We were very comfortable and the furnishings made it feel so much like a home (rather than a vacation rental). Lots of thoughtful touches around the house! Will definitely be back!”
