Landmark Vacation Rentals NC in North Carolina

“I want to start by saying that the property management was very responsive. I did learn that they have 80+ properties and only had two employees working during the week that we were on the island. Also, I realize that Airbnb includes reviews of a host for all of their properties and not specifically the property you are reviewing right now when you see this review. The issues we had were that we paid $300 extra to have pool heater on and paid that the day after we booked, which was 7 months in advance, the day before we were to check in. They said it was broken. That should’ve been checked before. The circuit breaker kept tripping and turning off AC on the floor most of the bedrooms were located and no one could find the issue. Finally found resolution, then it happened again as we were leaving. Be aware of that. Finally, this is a coastal town, but there were bugs underneath the mattress of one room and the theater room chairs-half were broken. Would not stay at this house again”

“This house is incredible. The view alone is spectacular! The living area downstairs is so welcoming and open concept- perfect for quality time together. But you truly cannot beat the view and the sunsets at this house. The host team was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for everything! We really appreciate all they did for us and look forward to coming back soon.”

“Perfect location! Walkable to restaurants,coffee,ice cream,shopping. The house is right on the beach which is the highlight of being there. There is plenty of space in the house and it is well stocked with everything you could possibly think of. I would definitely go back.”
