“I made a mistake on the dates. I asked to rebook it. They said no. I didn't have a choice. I had to pay for it twice. It was available when I wanted it so it wouldn't have cost them anything to simply switch the reservation. They were greedy and I paid for it but I will never use Airbnb again. I certainly wouldn't use their subcontractor or whoever that is.”

“Beautiful house on the lake, view was amazing..the dock doesn’t have a ladder access to get in and out of the water if you want to swim..we didn’t have internet connection which was fine until we wanted to use google map in our car to find a certain restaurant and we couldn’t figure out how to get the TV on🤣”

“We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location directly on the lake is absolutely beautiful and makes this place very special. The stairs down to the property are definitely not to be underestimated, but you are rewarded with an amazing setting once you get there. The property itself could use some maintenance and updating. In particular, the stairs and wooden walkway should be inspected soon. Two boards were already broken, and another one unfortunately broke underneath my husband while he was walking across it. Thankfully, nothing happened, but this should definitely be addressed for safety reasons. Some of the outdoor furniture is also quite weathered and partially damaged. The AC inside was very loud at night and made sleeping a little difficult, so this may also be worth checking. On the positive side, the bathroom was very clean, the shower was great, and the incredible lakefront location really made our stay special. Overall, a beautiful place with an amazing location that”
