“Amazing location. Wonderful condo space. Several cozy and thoughtful design and function touches. Did notice some light housekeeping points. Also worm seat covers and cushions. Suggest adding parking space and bathroom photos to the listing. Will recommend.”

“This house was perfect for my family! Everyone had their own bedroom. The pool area was a complete winner, with a new baby! The house is for sale, but I am really hoping it is available next summer!”

“Once we checked in, we smelt a horrible sewage smell downstairs. I called the after hours line 3 times between 8:50pm and 11:50 PM. Each time I was told maintenance would be on the way. It wasn’t until after midnight someone called and said they didn’t have anyone available to fix it that night, so we just had to deal with it. The next morning maintenance showed up about 11am and said it was the garbage disposal. Inside of the home was nice outside of the horrible smell. The outside is in horrible conditions. Upon arrival all 3 trash bins were full, none of the outside outlets worked for charging golf carts, the outside shower didn’t work, there was no outside furniture on the patio other than a table and one rusty metal chair and there was no grill available for use. Weeds had grown up high on the patio walls and floors so we couldn’t even let my grandbaby play outside. I would not recommend this home.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The air conditioning did not work in one of the upstairs bedrooms, making it extremely hot and uncomfortable. The TV in the living room also did not work. We contacted the management company about both issues. They did send a maintenance person out, but he was unable to fix either problem and stated he did not know how. An HVAC company was then contacted, but they were unable to come out until after our checkout date. While we appreciate the attempts to address the issues, neither problem was resolved during our stay, which significantly impacted our experience.”
