“We had a nice week here. Pool was the highlight of the house, kids didn’t want to get out. We were prepared from reading other views to drive to the beach because of the busy street (wasn’t prepared for how busy that street was) only issue with driving is there is not a lot of public parking.”

“The location and the house itself was wonderful. Unfortunately, the management of it is not. We were robbed while there, items taken from the carport, as were 2 neighbors. No cameras or security on the property. When I called to report this, my call was not returned. I even emailed to followup, still no call. This behavior and attitude carries through to how the house is managed. Though the layout of the house is great, the management company does not take care of it. The first item that disappointed was they do not make the beds for the arriving guests. When I called, thinking I must have misunderstood ( I mean you pay $ 12,000 for 6 days, I think arriving to beds made should be included). Ironically, even after paying $56, they don't make the top bunks ( 2 bedrooms had bunks) . I was told that it could be dangerous. Oh, so better the guests do it then! The pillows were old, wrong size ( standards on kings) , broken toilet, 2 shelves in refrigerator broken. Too bad, could be great.”

“our family & friends had an amazing time at this location. We were a group of 9 & this home fit everyone perfectly. The home was squeaky clean, close proximity to the beach (only 3 min walk), had an amazing hot tub, and we absolutely loved the outdoor shower to hose down after coming back from the beach. There were full showers on each floor which made it easy for multiple people to use the bath after coming back from the beach. TVS in every room & a cute patio space. The only downside we had was the check in process - the code they provided did not work when we arrived so we had to call-in. Also they’re not quick to respond on messages via the app, so if you needed anything, calling was the best bet.”

“The place was really nice and very close to the beach. When we stayed however we were not allowed to check in until 5pm and check out was at 10 am (unless you pay extra). This meant that when we booked Friday-Monday we really just got Saturday and Sunday. This was clearly described on the listing but I just really don’t like that vacation properties are slowly pushing check in times back unless you pay a fee. If I had any other homes available in OBX I probably would have picked them over this for that reason.”

“The home itself was beautiful. Parking information isn't provided for multiple cars. Pass codes for pool and tennis courts not correct when provided. Had it not been for a permanent resident we would have not gotten the correct code. No public beach access at all, shopping is not within walking distance as we thought.”
