“The location was great! It’s very close to the beach. There was a noticeable musty smell when we walked in. The house is an older beach house, and it’s not updated. That didn’t really bother me. They need to update their photos. The photos showed a washer and dryer, but that wasn’t there. To be fair, it wasn’t listed as an amenity. There was a massive rainstorm when we were there and there were multiple leaks (in the kitchen and two spots in the carpet). I let the owner know and they weren’t helpful. They just said sorry you have to deal with this and asked for photos. This made the house smell even worse. There were also a lot of ants everywhere. The owner was understanding when we accidentally took towels. We were able to pay to replace them.”
