“We loved our first vacation in OBX thanks to our condo!! Walk to the beach every day, drive to lots of really nice restaurants and shopping all within 5 miles. Pools were amazing. Amazing views and the condo was perfect. 100% recommended!!”

“Property management on site was not very helpful when we experienced a maintenance issue, communication was lacking. Issue was resolved within 12 hours, just did not have very good communication about the issue. For the cost of the stay, I felt the amenities should have been better - refrigerator was barely working, furniture was baseline and uncomfortable.”

“We arrived after hours and the security guard was kind of rude, didn’t give us good instructions to find the place and was annoyed when we called for help. after we found the place it was great! it was definitely more updated than the pictures and very nice! the only problem we had was the one bathroom was a little dirty. but our overall experience was great, a great location, great beach, a lot of good amenities. we went on the off season and there was still so much to do!!! will definitely stay again!”

“While choosing our room I looked through all of the photos and options offered throughout this location. I specifically chose this more expensive option for the extra bedroom, a closed off stair staircase,the photo with the jacuzzi inside, and it looked close to the ocean. I have three children under 4. When we arrived we learned that we were on the third floor so that was a lot of stairs for three toddlers and again inside an open back staircase instead of a closed off like the photo. No Jacuzzi, and further from the ocean than expected. When I called to change rooms I was not accommodated stating the photos do not reflect what your room will actually be upon check-in and that it varies. With that being said we made the best of it even though it was slightly stressful. Overall the place was nice. A couple small issues but nothing over the top worth complaining about. We would definitely come back when the kids are older or we’re guaranteed the room we actually chose.”
