Door code provided was incorrect when we arrived after a 10 hour car ride very frustrating! Leak under sink pouring water out the first night & it was fixed the next day. My son got stuck in the bathroom because the locks where to hard for him to unlock they seemed to stick. Missing blanket on one of the beds had to DoorDash one our first night.

Overall a good stay!! Would give 3.7 stars, but we would stay here again. Arrived fairly late & it wasn't clear where to park in the dark. Also, for mid-Spring the temps had dropped & the place was FREEZING! They had already put A/C units in the windows & cold air was pouring in. Probably 55-60 degrees with the furnace pumping. We contacted host right away to have A/C's removed, but response in the morning was "meh, we'll see." I had to follow-up later in the day & still was not assured the problem would be resolved. Maintenance did come & everything worked out, but it was not a good start to our stay. Also, found many items in the kitchen dirty, especially utensils & pans. As a family with food allergies, we basically had to scrub everything before we used it. Lastly, we have never stayed anywhere that did not provide coffee filters for appliances, typically reusable ones, so we arrived with our own coffee, but no filters. Left ours behind, so hopefully next guest doesn't have issue.
