“This was our first time in the OBX and we weren’t quite sure what to expect. Well, we loved it! The house is exactly how it’s described and shown, and was very clean. Nothing was in disrepair. The house is in a very quiet area and is literally about a half a block from the beach and a short easy walk to the bay(sound). The pool was a huge selling point for us and boy did we enjoy it. The restaurants and shopping are a short drive from the house.(at least the ones we went to). I wish we were able to stay a full week, 5 days went by so fast… time flies when you’re having fun! ☀️🏖️🌊”

“i want to start by saying this… this house is beautiful and everything was advertised nicely. it was very clean and quite frankly, stunning from top to bottom. the location is great, just a short drive to the beach. a short walk even got you to a public boardwalk on the sound. unfortunately, when we arrived to the house the AC did not work on the top level of the house. top level included a bedroom, kitchen, and living space which was unusable by night 2. the thermostat got all the way to 85 degrees, during a time when it was over 90 degrees outside. Coastal Carolina was very attentive and quickly responded to all my needs. Sadly, the HVAC issue was not fixable and we had to relocate for the remainder of our stay. we were very upset we did not get to really enjoy this beautiful house.”
