“Overall we had a good stay and the location was great — walkable to the beach, Wawa, and Target which made grabbing essentials really convenient. The house was mostly clean, although there was some pet hair on the couches, which is somewhat expected for a pet-friendly property. There were a few minor issues, including one bed not being made when we arrived and no extra sheets in the unit, but the after-hours staff was very kind and fixed it quickly. The house also had very limited supplies (only small toiletries, one roll of paper towels/toilet paper, and no cooking basics like salt or pepper), so I’d recommend bringing extras if staying more than a couple days. Overall, it was a nice place for a short beach trip.”

“Very clean and quiet condo however the pool not being open was very disappointing. We had a very great vacation and would book the space again.”

“Our stay was extremely disappointing, especially considering how much we paid for this vacation rental. The main reason we booked this house was for the heated pool, and unfortunately, it never worked the entire stay. I called on Thursday, the day we arrived, and was told someone would come fix it. I even stayed back from dinner with my family to wait for the pool technician, who never showed up. Friday morning, I called again as soon as the office opened and was told there was a pending ticket and someone would be there that day. I called several times throughout Friday and, once again, no one came. On Saturday—our last full day—I was finally told that the pool company couldn’t fix it because it required an electrician, and that no electrician would be available due to the holiday weekend. After being told for two straight days that someone was “on the way,” only to have no one show up, I was beyond frustrated. Had I known the heated pool would not be available, I absolutely would no”

“Enjoyed our stay with Village Realty. Only complaint was the wifi connection was not great at our air bnb which made it hard to enjoy the tv and use our phones without service.”

“This was one of the older homes and one story but we knew that going in. Location was excellent and place was very nice for a small older home.....but it was priced accordingly to.....would stay again!!!”
