“We loved that we were right on the water, but the house is very dated. The kitchen looks dirty and not appealing. The shower curtain liner was gross, it would only cost a few bucks to change the liner every six months or so. I would upgrade the house for the amount of money they collect for a week. Just my opinion. Great view of the ocean though.”

“The best thing about the Airbnb was the location, beautiful sunrise and ocean views from the balcony. We had a great stay and would love to come back!”

“I'll start with the good. Location was right for walking to various shops/restaurant, easy beach access, deck was very nice, pool/ hot tub relaxing and clean. Pleanty of pots pans and dishes for hosting dinner in. Plenty of space to accommodate our group. The Bad parking is sufficient for 3 vehicles. Pool umbrella broken. Bunk bed room smell and obvious leak at one point(popcorn ceiling bubble) hole in wall same room. Doors sticking, lack of privacy widow treatments. Beds were very worn and had that taco shape when you slept in them. Lack of ceiling fan cleaning (all had not been cleaned in awhile). Other areas of the home the popcorn ceiling was peeling and in some cases lage areas were peeled off. Areas around the ceiling vents were black and dirty. Bathroom fans not functioning. Home needs a deep clean, some updates, doors adjusted, and painting. All in all was a good week just minor inconveniences would rent again after updates completed. Dave B.”

“We had a great stay! The unit was clean and inviting, with plenty of space for our family and our dog. The fenced yard is perfect for the dog and kids to play. We were about a block away from the public beach access point so super convenient location while still being in a quiet neighborhood. We would rent here again! Next time though I think we’d rent bikes bc the location was close enough to almost everything we wanted to do (<3miles) but a bit far to walk everywhere.”
