“Great home and had everything we needed.”

“Upon arrival a map of the property would have been a great idea to understand the layout of the condo so we knew exactly where to find our room. I didn’t realize how many stairs we would have to climb being on the 4th floor. That was quite challenging with 5 kids, 2 being under 2yrs. But I can’t rave enough about the view and how quiet and nice the area is, so close to shops and restaurants. We often had the pool to ourselves which was nice and the short walk out back to the beach was my main want for staying here and it did not disappoint. Overall I would definitely stay here again maybe when the young kids are a little older to walk the steps by themselves!”

“Beautiful home! Perfect spot to be in the middle of all the fun activities and beach access and still quiet enough to really relax! We had a great time.”

“There were many good things about this house. We liked the location although it is right behind a McDonalds if that bothers you. It wasn't noisy and we didn't mind. However, it is more like a 7-10 min walk to the beach. Once you get to the beach access, about 3 blocks away, there is another 3 min walk up and down steps and down the dune. There isn't any parking at the beach access or restrooms or a place to rinse your feet. As for the house older home that they have painted and updated, not modern but has nice appliances. septic, so no garbage disposal brought my own pots and pans. theirs were older. small plastic cutting board It was clean and comfortable 4th bedroom is separate of the main house. fence yard is nice for pets! beds are comfortable and the linens and pillows are very nice. small baths but great shower pressure NO FULL LENGTH MIRROR - also have 2 fans provided bring extra tp and papertowels dishwasher and laundry pods provided Overall positive experience”

“The house was updated nicely and very clean (decor was a little stark, but it was clean). The hot tub was great. I little residual sand from previous residents, but that’s to be expected. The dishwasher leaked and there were some obvious water stains on the floor in front of sink because of it. The back storm door had some issues closing, but we figured out the trick to it. We appreciated that it was pet friendly with a fenced yard. Very clean for pet friendly. There was only one TV that wasn’t huge, but we weren’t there to watch TV. The outside resembled the pictures, but they may have been a few seasons old. There was a baby pool filled with old water under the house that we had to dump so the dog didn’t get it. There were little pieces of trash here and there, and the cleaning crew is obviously more focused on the inside. We never did locate the washer/dryer which was moved to a location under the house (I’m pretty sure the bunk room was once the laundry room). Overall, great stay!”
