“We love the location, enjoy the sunsets, close to things. Was great for last-minute vacation.”

“2 days prior to our arrival, I had read a recent negative review. The guest stated that there was a mildew smell, cleanliness issue and TV's not working. Stating the unit was in need of a deep cleaning and some love. I reached out to James, asking him if this is something I needed to be concerned about. He responded quickly and assured me that all these issues have been addressed and resolved. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. The property was dirty, poorly maintained and has a chronic strong mildew smell. The furniture and decor is old, worn and tired. James's offer to send a cleaning crew over did not adequately address the situation. There was ample time before my arrival for the property to be cleaned and inspected. Even the outside deck was grimy and in disarray. We paid over $2400 for 5 nights for a beautiful view...we won't return.”

“A few dirty dishes when I went to cook ,nails on front and back deck are sticking up and a tripping hazard as my girlfriend hit one and fell over. And one of the beds had been peed on , clean sheets but the bed itself had the smell in it so not anyone’s fault but the previous renters who didn’t say anything after the fact ! Felt like it should have been a bit cheaper once I got there , in the bunk bed rooms there’s spray foam sticking out of where there used to be an outlet , so seeing that stuff irritates me when I’m spending money on a place. Also not a single seasoning in the house , most places at least have salt and pepper but this did not, simple but that kind of stuff is easy to have around and causes no harm being in a cabinet or on the table .Outside of that the stay was good .”

“Great location. The elevator was nice so we didn’t have to carry everything up all of the stairs. Rooftop terrace was great.”
