“We enjoyed our stay at James’ place! The unit is exactly as pictured/described. The overall building is on the older side (but not in bad shape) while the specific unit has a recently updated kitchen and was very clean when we arrived. You can’t beat the top floor oceanfront view and ease of access to the beach - that is always a top priority for us so this place was ideal! There is no elevator - this is stated in the listing and was not a problem for us, but worth pointing out in case it is a problem for someone in your group. The building is located near several restaurants we enjoyed. We did not utilize the pool but it looked clean. We did not have any issues during our stay, but James was responsive with communication in general. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!”
