“The house is very dated, needs to be up to code, requires a lot of tlc and upgrades. The pool and jacuzzi are the highlight of the property. If the beach were more accessible it would be too. It does have a lot of potential. I eventually touched base with Avantstay to express my disappointment, they were apologetic and I am awaiting resolution.”

“We had a great vacation at this house! It was a beautiful house with an easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and just having such a big space for our family.”

“Avant- stay was excellent. We were evacuated from hatteras and they had the house ready before specified time and allowed us to bring our food in until house was ready. Quickly fixed two maintenance items and communicated in a timely manner. Would rent from them again”
