Overall the place was great and looked as good as it did in the pictures. The screen door leading from the back porch to the pool area was ripped and broken when arriving since that door does close way to fast on people so it seemed like a previous person push their hand through it trying to stop door from slamming shut. The golf cart needs updating and cleaning, we even cleaned it off for them before leaving since it was dirty and getting rusted out. The speedometer says it goes faster than it really does and most things even a bike will pass you will driving it. Small detail was dried up dog poop left by lounge chair but that wasn’t a big deal. Overall would book again as it’s a great place close to the beach.

Home was beautiful and very close to beach access! Bedrooms were comfy and very well kept. Kitchen was well stocked with good quality pots and pans. We enjoyed the pool as much as the beach!!. Pool skimmer was also ripped up but we were still able to get any bugs or debris out. I do suggest a dust pan to go with the broom and maybe a small mop. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The "Keep it Shrimple" house was fabulous - just steps from the ocean, and very private, even on Memorial Day weekend. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the house is well decorated and comfortable. We brought 3 dogs and the lay-out of the deck, washing station on the deck, and hose underneath the house were very convenient to use for people and dogs to wash off from the beach. It was surprisingly easy to keep sand out of the house. The view is amazing. The porch is large with an outdoor table that easily seats 8. The upper porch has tall Adirondack chairs to easily see the view, and the lower deck has gliding Adirondack chairs. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing, quiet beach trip with plenty of things to do in the area if desired.

The outdoor shower didn’t work. Inconvenienced a little when left beach and couldn’t shower off. The back door was difficult to close due to security equipment attached it. Had 2 kids and had to go behind each after each exit and entrance to outside. The downstairs bathroom was hot as a sauna. No ventilation at all. Pool great surprise.

Very quaint peaceful location. The historic jail/museum across the street is worth a visit. Well maintained , clean property.
