“The house needs some TLC. The backyard wasn’t weed whacked around the sides. Weeds in all the garden. Paint chipping off wall in shower. Shower drain got clogged. Bed comforter smelled dirty. Fan didn’t work in master. Screens in kitchen window had huge holes in them. Doors were repainted in certain spots, not matching the color. Some outlets in kitchen didn’t work. Single cup keurig doesn’t work (doesn’t heat up water). Its in a nice community next to an amazing park. So location is nice but the house has definitely been neglected.”

“Stayed at 3838 landmark for dad’s 80th. It gave us all our own area. Large king br down with the primary and 3 other bedrooms up. The rooms were spacious! Many with exterior entrances. The lake table in the enclosed porch was ideal. They had kayaks and a large covered and uncovered doc. It was easy to host us all! They had floatation noodles and things as well. It’s a split ranch so got up a few steps or down…easy! The kitchen on the lower level was fully equipped and the Publix is close by. It was easy for 2 or 3 people to get breakfast and meals ready. Lots of counter space so we even divide the items up. Plenty of towels and there is a pull out sofa upstairs, if needed, We didn’t. 2 separate living rooms and the upstairs had views for miles! There was a lot of parking, it is downhill a little but it’s easy to get in and out. My family thanked me a million times and want to come back. Thank you for letting us stay.”
