“Please understand the fine print when renting. The unit itself is dated and bare bones. Understand you will be subjected to a $225 cleaning fee (stayed two nights), with a list of 'to-dos' prior to check out. These are the types of cleaning fees that are tarnishing the Airbnb image; it made for a stressful morning trying ensure we met the various check-out requirements. Curiously, the bathrooms do not come with shampoo, despite the $250/night charge. Certainly, the unit affords you a short walk down the stairs to the beach. Be aware that there is active construction on site, which Sun Surf Realty did not share prior to booking. Sun Surf also uses ChatGPT to communicate with you.”

“We had a great family vacation to end our summer. The condo has pristine location as it sits on the first floor literally steps to the ocean and the 2nd pool. (Main pool is maybe a 2 minute walk) the condo was decorated beautifully and the beds, even the pull out couch bed were comfortable. Easy check in, easy short to do list to check out. We had the best time and have definitely saved this place to hopefully book again next summer.”
