“Hosts were friendly and replied to questions in.a timely manner. Lots of towels and extra blankets available even a pack n play for the baby. Nice place but we wouldn’t call it “luxury.” Yard/landscaping was very over grown especially around the hot tub, yoga tree house and the outdoor play area which we were hoping the grandkids could use. Rooms were not very sound proof and we had difficulty with the noise from the floor above. Bbq grill electric lighter did not work but we contacted the owner and they stated we could manually light it. Kitchen could definitely use some additional utensils and such. Didn’t have much difficulty with the driveway except for when it rained. Overall we had a nice stay.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. There was plenty of outdoor space for sitting and enjoying the peaceful surroundings, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy nature. We really enjoyed playing pool and ping pong in the game room, and we loved the large couch in the living room where we cuddled up and watched the World Cup together. We also had so much fun floating down the river with Brevard Tubing, which is only about 15 minutes from the house. I saw the previous reviews about the driveway, but we didn’t have any problems without a 4x4. We even ordered Indian food one night, and a little Nissan Versa was able to get up with no problem. Communication was easy, and the hosts were welcoming and responsive. Our family made some great memories here, and we would not hesitate to stay again in the future.”

“House was great. Communications with host was good. Hot tub was wonderful. Driveway was a challenge. Kitchen pots and pans were old, dirty, rusty. Need to be replaced.”
