“This was a lovely place to stay for a relaxing weekend next to the beach! The location was perfect and walking distance to some cute little restaurants and wineries. Would love to stay here again for a nice family weekend.”

The hot tub was small-only 3 people comfortably, but nice to have. High end kitchen appliances were a nice touch. The ice maker was used constantly. The elevator was great”

“House was nice and big in off for whole family : 5 adults and 3 small kids. Pool was good size, needs more maintenance. Inside of the house: the dishwasher was not working during our stay, kitchen need more attention and deeper cleaning. Furniture in family room is worn out. Other than this we enjoy the central Florida weather and nice beaches that are close to this place.”

“This property was a major disappointment and nowhere near the condition advertised. Upon arrival, we found that the house had safety issues, such as failing stair steps that felt dangerous when used. Several basic appliances didn’t work — the TV, the ice maker, and even the iron were all unusable. Aesthetically, the house was very dated and had not been maintained. But the worst issue was the pool. It was completely filled with green algae when we arrived, making it impossible to use. It took almost four days for a technician to correct it, which meant the pool was essentially unavailable most of the trip. After paying a premium for a house with a pool, you would have thought there would’ve been an offer to refund some of the cost – didn’t happen. Overall, the home was poorly maintained, and the host failed to prepare the home for our visit. In addition, the Airbnb representatives were virtually useless. Unless you’re looking for disappointment, I would not recommend staying here.”
