“We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The area was very quiet with neighbors far enough away but still in a neighborhood. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. The day before we were scheduled to check out we needed to extend our stay by a couple of days. TI Rentals were very easy to contact and helped us immediately. I would definitely stay again.”

“You can't beat a place by the beach and this place is no different. It's easy walking to either the beach or channel side of the island. Place was clean and as described. Surf CIty (where most of the action is) is a bit of drive- 7 ish miles. But, that also means this end of the island is quieter which was nice. There are a couple restaurants and a small convenience store close by... and a very good ice cream shop. We loved that the place allowed for our little doggo and that Topsail Beach allows for dogs on leashes as well. We had a great stay!”
