“Great little cottage on the marshy side. The house was very comfortable and accessible to everything in Surf City, including easily walkable to a public beach access point. The house has a great screened in back deck and the dock overlooking the marsh was great! Outdoor shower is also available for getting off sand. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. The unit was just as it was described, and the photos were very accurate to the accommodations, especially like the shower with the Jets any negative I would say and it has nothing to do with this specific condo. Is that the occupants of the condo above us were very loud with four children who continually ran and jumped, so it was not very peaceful. Like I said not that this was any reflection of the condo we stayed in..”

“We had a great long weekend at this home. We were able to launch our jonboat from the backyard to fish in the salt marshes, which was wonderful. We loved sitting on the dock at night, and the view from the screened-in porch was lovely at sunset. The yard felt very private, and we appreciated the outdoor shower. The walk to the beach was not bad, and the sand at the nearby beach access point is really smooth and wide at low tide. Being on the island in September was wonderful - quiet, not much traffic, and no waiting at the restaurants we visited. We will definitely be back!”
