“Pat and Marvin (who ensure maintenance and check in) make this place as amazing as it is. They are superb. Without them, I’m not sure how good the place would be. As long as they are there, this will be the friend group reunion spot.”

“The place was a great vacation spot. We loved that there was a no-step entry for the first floor living as well as the beach was in walkable distance. This was perfect for my 89 year old grandmother. The pool was a definite surprise since there is no mention of it in the listing. It was great spending the day on the beach and relaxing at the pool after dinner. There are plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys, so definitely no reason to bring extra stuff. There were a few issues that were addressed such as a leaky faucet and the wrong wifi network and password given by the host. Also, the AC probably needs to be updated.”

“Had an amazing stay! The place was wonderful - super close to the beach, and the pool was a lovely surprise! Blake was very responsive, and we’re already planning on staying again next year. Thanks for a great time!”

“The house was conveniently located right across from a public beach access which made it very easy to get to the beach with the kids. The house was clean, nice layout for a big family. The big surprise was the pool, which I believe is a new addition that hasn't been added to the listing yet.”
