“We had a great time despite a few hiccups. The house and location is beautiful! Loved the little walk to the beach, great to get the zoomies out for the little ones.”

“Clean & spacious but needs some minor maintenance in and out including steps to front, and walkway near outdoor shower. Very slow response to questions and hard to communicate between app, text, and email. Recommend through app only for simplicity. No written instructions in house for TV or checkout expectations. Had plenty of kitchenware and nice appliances. Had some things not advertised but then no kitchen trash bags and expected us to buy. Not a typical Airbnb experience. The location was nice as it was between a beech access and the intracoastal waterway.”

“Everything was perfect. Besides we had no TV and internet the whole time. But everything about the place was homey and worth it. Will be back.”

“We enjoyed our stay greatly! The place was clean and proximity to the beach was great. The only complaints we had were minor issues pertaining to the place not being very updated & the pictures being a little outdated. Nothing that hindered our stay per se, but small things like that there is an outdoor table & chairs pictured and we wanted to eat breakfast outside but that wasn’t accurate. There was a table, but no chairs - only a lounge chair and a rocking chair that was broken. The kitchen table was similar in that it only had 3 chairs & there were 3 of us plus a toddler so one of us had to eat in the living room. The bedroom comforter was stained. The pool area didn’t have a trashcan & could use some upkeep. There were several things like that we noticed that would be easily fixable. Overall, we did have an enjoyable experience and would stay again with minor updates to the unit & complex but in the interest of full disclosure wanted to include those things for future booking!”

“We had a wonderful time here! The house is super close to the beach, comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and gated, so the beach was much less crowded than other places on the island, even on Memorial Day. The host was not the most communicative, though. The gate code to the neighborhood was not included in our check-in instructions, and we didn’t get a response from the host for nearly 8 hours (we were let in by a friendly neighbor). Check out instructions shared via text differed from what was posted at the house. That said, overall, we loved staying here and would definitely come back!”
