“There was 4 of us that stayed, cute home! I could have used more plates, just my personal preference. We ended up buying paper so we had enough for daily meals. Kitchen is well stocked, there was a Keurig there that I wasn’t aware of (not a big deal, but would have been helpful for packing). One of my biggest suggestion is please put night stands by the beds. Again personal preference I enjoy having my things by my bed instead of across the room. This house was very cozy, comfortable it fit our party of 4 perfectly. I was nervous about the ‘walk’ to the beach, don’t be! The walk isn’t that far at all! Totally doable while you carry all your beach supplies. Also bring mosquito repellent!!! While we were there it was flooded under the house and we were just about carried away by mosquitoes!!!!! The code on the door for access was great! Loved that! I loved the quiet community, my kids and I did a run while we were there. We felt very safe in this area. We would come back in a heartbeat!”

“We arrived on Saturday and AC wasn’t working and it was 83 degrees inside the house. I called the rental people and they brought us 4 window units. The AC people came but couldn’t fix it. The house was dirty and smelly. When we left on the next Saturday there were ants in the kitchen. This rental isn’t worth $2,600 for the week. It put a damper on our vacation.”

“Loved the location of this property. Very close to the beach access and located in a nice area for families to stay. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store only a few minutes away. We also enjoyed taking the ferry to Ocracoke for a day trip. Plan to get to the dock early if you want to make an early boat. We had to wait 3hrs to board but there are shops nearby to pass the time. The house is cute and cozy. Basic necessities provided but beyond that, plan to bring your own.”
