“Can’t beat the oceanfront access. Just thought the place could use a little TLC, some paint chipping/normal wear, the TV worked very slowly, but I would return!”

“The location of this rental is insanely convenient. Highly reccomend bringing filtered water and your own handsoap since the tap water is heavily chlorinated and no soap is provided at the airbnb. The room feels humid and smells of mildew. After a one night stay here my husband and I took a week to recover from our allergies. Nevertheless, if clean air and a supportive mattress is not of importance to you for a stay, the location of this place is quite awesome. Right on the beach. Very dog friendly too.”

“Deeply dissatisfied with our recent stay. If I could give this host zero stars, I would. While the location & access to the beach was nice the way the host handled all of the issues that we encountered during our stay was awful. During our entire stay, a major advertised amenity (elevator) did not work. This was a huge inconvenience on our party, particularly on our handicapped guests who were unable to enjoy the vacation & were confined to a single floor. To make matters worse, the host did not seem to treat this as an emergency & failed to follow up with us to let us know if or when a technician was coming. Additionally, the fire dept. had to come to the property because the fire alarms were nonstop. The property was dirty upon arrival & the cleaning crew remained there for over an hour after check-in time. Several other issues including loose & wobbly beds that felt unsafe to sleep in, refrigerators that did not cool & empty propane tanks. we will never be renting with Kees again”

“WE recommend - for sure- BUT upon arrival the home was still being cleaned, which was fine. We also found the dishwasher completely full of the previous guests’ clean dishes, so we had to put them all away ourselves. That felt a bit odd and wasn’t something we’ve experienced before. That said, the house itself is beautiful. The pool is incredible, the location is close to town, and the parking area is safe and spacious enough for oversized trucks. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the starter roll of paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee provided for the coffee maker. The bed was comfortable, although the bedroom was quite humid, and the pillows felt almost damp by morning. The biggest disappointment was that the listing advertised wifi. We contacted the host immediately and spent nearly 24 hours following up about on this issue, my husband is a business owner in e-commerce so we really needed the WiFi, and ended up heading to other locations to find WiFi!”

“The location and condo are great! Within walking distance of a few small restaurants and shops. Not far from the downtown that has a small coffee shop and small store! The condo was clean and the pool was clear. My only problem was the host response time but other than that, a great stay!”
