“We really enjoyed our stay at Royal-T! The house was just the right size for our extended family vacation. If you are looking for an OBX get-away, not in the super touristy/commercialized areas, this is the place for you. There are a few stores and things nearby, but it is calm and on a circle street that is very quiet and relaxed, just a short walk from the beach. The living area is very spacious and provided lots of space for us to spread out with 6 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Everything was extremely clean. The outside shower was an amazing plus. The beds were comfy, the only thing I would say is that the couches leave something to be desired.”

“Great place for 3-4 couples! Close to everything. We will try to stay there again. I'm guessing they have several repeat customers and that their calendar stays full... What surprised us a bit was the inability to park a boat at the dock. Too shallow during our stay. Probably, perfect for kayaks and jets skis. This house host's one of the best Sunsets "In the World"! We couldn't get enough of that view! The pool is a huge emenity, where we stayed half of the time.... One of our best weeks ever, and we hope to return next year same time.”

“Great Location and very clean house. The interior was a little outdated but wouldn’t stop me from staying again. Only suggestion would be to get better mattresses and a new couch in the living room. The beds are basic spring beds and are fine for a few days but the couches in the family room are terribly uncomfortable. Other than that the house was as described and great for a big family!”
