“Beautiful canal front home. Everything as pictured. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. Had a few issues with the property management but I feel that is to be expected. And nothing can ruin an obx vaca!”

“We enjoyed our time at Elissa’s home. The house was great and the location was perfect. The yard was amazing with lots of shade from mature trees. The kids really enjoyed the toys that were provided and loved having their own little space. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.”

“The location was terrific. Beaches, restaurants, stores, and ferry to Ocracoke were in close driving proximity. The house was spacious and the back porch was wonderful. I gave the overall rating 4 stars for a few reasons. First, one of the burners on the stove broke and that really only left us with one working burner as the other side was a griddle. The management was responsive and sent a repair tech but the stove could not be repaired until our last full day. Any follow up communication had to be initiated by me. While appliances break down through no fault of the management, the stove top was rather dated and should have been replaced beforehand. The kitchen had all of the basic necessities but could have used a few more pots and pans, and the kitchen cabinets could have used a good interior cleaning. The bedroom with the free standing bathtub was a little strange as the toilet room did not have a door. Overall, the house delivered as advertised, with fun had by all!”

“Excellent spot for a family vacation! The first level AC wasn’t working properly our first night and Elissa was quick to respond and ensure maintenance came out to have it fixed! We greatly enjoyed our stay!”
