“Such a beautiful & comfortable home. The beds were cozy, the showers had great pressure, the pool was a blast, Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It was a great stay and we highly recommended staying here!”airbnb

“Beautiful! Many entertainment options. Multiple seating and room options. We loved the pool and the house. Very walkable area with lots of shops and restaurants in a mile or less. Family vacation with age ranges from 3-63.”airbnb

“Place was a good size. We had an issue with the pool guy coming to clean the pool. The property management company lacks communication skills. They first said the pool guy came and he never did. Was told they would call me back and never did. Pool guy finally showed up at 2pm on our first full day at the place. We waited half a day with no pool. Elissa was on top of things and correcting the issue as fast as she can. The property management company just wanted to send a pizza and a bottle of wine in which I dont drink to accommodate. I refused their small gesture. Elissa was able to credit us for half the day wasted with no pool. Other than that place was cute and comfy. Cleaning people could do a bit better job of moping and cleaning tubs especially after a back to back stay. Thank you Elissa its definitely not you but might want to revisit the company's you are using to help manage your properties.”airbnb

“We had a great stay! The house was really cool, clean, and comfortable. My family enjoyed our time here, especially the pool. It was a perfect place to relax and spend quality time together. We would definitely recommend it and would stay again.”airbnb

“This home really fit our group’s needs. The bedrooms and number of bathrooms were great! The location was also amazing to get to downtown. We had a few issues with the water temperature and pressure. Also, we had a fuse go out in the master bathroom that we could not access to fix ourselves. The property company was very responsive to messages but the issue wasn’t resolved during our stay. The patio furniture could have also used a cleaning before our stay. Overall, we enjoyed the house and our time there!”airbnb

“All in all it was a nice stay! First I would recommend the owner getting new area rugs in all the bed room & outside under the table. They were all rather worn, dingy & not appealing to the eye. Definitely didn’t look like the rugs on the listing. Cleanliness & upkeep of a place always makes me want to revisit. Second I would recommend that between visitors the owner or cleaning crew insures the bbq pit & propane tanks are working properly. We went to bbq last evening but the heat did rise above 250 degrees which didn’t allow our chef to cook the steak properly on the grill therefore had to transfer to the oven which gave a totally different taste.”airbnb

“We had a wonderful stay (the house is clean, comfortable and the beds are amazing!) but I did alot of worrying that there was not enough supplies for 12 people. I had to count everything! Not enough bath and pool towels or china, other things. After speaking with customer support and the host several times, some items were delivered but I should not have had to start my vacation stressing if the house was stocked for the advertised amount of people it could sleep. We will stay again but next time I will make sure everything is supplied.”airbnb

“Ufortunately, this is the first Airbnb that I’ve stayed in that we’ve had issues. Immediately upon arrival, we noticed the air conditioner did not work. We thought it was very odd that it was hotter in the house than it was even outside. Finally, the next day it seemed to start working after we had to cut all the power off with the breakers in the garage. Another thing that we were did not anticipate is landscapers being there all day every day for our stay. It was very awkward to just try to go sit outside because they were constantly doing work. The communication between the management company with the actual owner is quite lacking because we were first informed that there was no landscaper supposed to be on the property, which scared us but then the management company finally reached out to the owner and realized they were in fact supposed to be there. A lot of things are very old and were hard to work or did not work like windows and doors. Expect a lot of odd sounds at nighttime.”airbnb

“Unfortunately, this stay did not match the listing. The property felt misrepresented, with poor cleanliness, worn furniture, and a generally cluttered condition. The neighborhood did not feel safe, and there was consistent noise from nearby houses. We were traveling with aging parents, and the lack of basic safety or accessibility features increased concern about fall risk. Given a demanding travel schedule, we were unable to report issues early in the stay but later requested a modest reimbursement, which was denied. Overall, a disappointing experience that did not meet expectations. We are now pursuing Airbnb’s formal resolution process.”airbnb
