“Loved the cabin, spent 5 nights with my husband our pup and we had a great time. The cabin is beautiful, great views, equipped kitchen, everything we needed was right there. I would come back in a heartbeat. You do need 4x4 to get there”

“It was a cute place however the hot tub smelled of mildew and needed to be serviced badly. The beds were disgusting. I laid in the main bed after cleaning it off (so must dust and what seemed like food crumbs?) and it was hard as a brick so I pulled out couch bed it WAS WAY WORSE IN TERMS OF CLEANLINESS! The bedroom had no fan or air control so it was VERY hot in there. My first night I went to take a shower there was NO hot water and I reached out to no answer I had to figure it out on my own and fix it. When I drove up / left the dogs across the street scratched and damaged my car! I truly did not appreciate the home there was nothing that went right . The place really needs to be cleaned properly. I wish I could get a refund for my weekend stay it was not a good experience at all.”

“this was a wonderful place it checked all of the boxes. spacious, Great outdoor living space, super PRIVATE. peaceful, full kitchen, laundry and its in a beautiful wooded area. my only complaint was the hot tub. I booked this air bnb for the hit tub, but it needs a good cleaning and or chlorine treatment. the hot tub was perfectly private and convenient close to bedroom door. nice big hot tub with lights inside and on the porch. the only issue was it had greenish water and slimey algae build up. needs a good clean and this place would be perfect. I didnt 3njoy the tub as much as I wanted to because I felt icky being in it but this place has so much potential. if venture to say its probably the best all around small romantic getaway ive found in western NC and ive stayed at a few. also the hot water seems to have been hooked up backwards in the shower. you can only get hot water when you barely open the faucet as opposed to opening it all the way. it was very confusing at first”

“We went for a relaxing mountain getaway that turned into a terrible Airbnb experience. The house itself has a lot to desire. Immediately upon entry there is a strong Mold/Humid smell that doesn’t go away throughout our stay. There are rat droppings scattered along the perimeter of the house. We found several live insects crawling around the bathrooms. I understand this cabin is in the forest but this is not acceptable. Also the driveway up is not for the inexperienced mountain driver. Communication with the host is terrible because i didn’t receive a message until 10pm the night before check out asking if i wanted someone to come clean the property. this should have been done prior to booking. The grill brush provided looked like it hadn’t been changed in years. Overall the property needs to be removed from airbnb and properly cleaned prior to offering to the public. I would NEVER stay at this property again.”

“The view was gorgeous. The jakuzzi was heavenly with the Mountain View n front and the lights above it made it so nice at night. The telescope I could not get to work but that was no big deal. We had an amazing time and those bedroom ac units get so cold. Perfect for sleeping!”
