“The house is in a lovely gated community with a genuinely breathtaking view of the mountains visible from the upper deck. The hot tub and shuffleboard table were a huge hit. The host was very responsive and friendly. We had an issue with the tub not draining and they ordered a plumber immediately. However, we found that the photos did not all accurately reflect the house itself, which felt quite small inside for our group of 6. Yes, there are enough beds to sleep at least 8 but the living room and dining room table could only comfortably accommodate about 5 people. The galley kitchen is tight and the house could use generally use maintenance (one door doesn’t lock, the other is very hard to open, mildew smell in the lower level…). Additionally, the hot tub did not overlook the mountains as shown in the photos, a disappointment as this was what sold me on the home. At well over $500 per night, I really expected better.”

“We had the most wonderful time with our friends in this beautiful home! The porch and view is absolutely gorgeous, we enjoyed both sunrises and sunset views! it's truly a perfect location. We went hiking and tubing nearby and enjoyed fun downtown Boone. The kids hot tubbed and we had fun playing games and cards at the house. The house was well equipped and very clean. The host were responsive and helped with any minor issues! It was a great experience overall and would recommend and say again!”
