“We decided we could not stay in the home due to the musty smell covered over by a high chemical smell and the horrible stains on the carpet. The Host said they were going to have carpet cleaned which I believe will alleviate both issues. Unfortunately since our stay was only for 3 nights the cleaning did not occur during the time frame we were supposed to stay in the home. We had traveled an hour out of town for the accommodations but were unable to stay in the home. We had to make other arrangements for our stay.”

“Definitely great place to stay with family or friends to grill out. Also a lot of space in the backyard to chill.”

“When prepping to check in, the host did not send the keypad code for the door. I had to reach out again to obtain, upon arrival the gate code was not working, I had to ask other individuals living in the same area for assistance on how to get access. The house smelled like it had been smoked in, bugs present. Neighbors were loud and unfriendly. Person was sent for maintenance work but things worked fine. It seemed like an excuse to just get in, if I wasn't present they were going to go in regardless with all my personal items inside. Witnessed fights outside, missing packages, etc. They attempted to charge for another week without authorization after a $0 cancelation. Paid for an entire month and after two weeks they wanted me to pay half of what was due the next month, after denying to pay, I canceled and they immediately changed the pin code, locking me out of all my belongings. They gave me access after I mentioned involving authorities and after contacting support. Horrid. 0 stars.”
