“Overall, the property was pleasant; we enjoyed the house, and there was sufficient space for my family. We used every room, and everyone had a good time. Some areas require attention regarding cleanliness and upkeep: - Dog hair appeared in several spots, making the lack of cleanliness obvious. - A master bathroom door lacked a handle, though we fortunately had the closet door. - One cue was missing from the pool table. - Building material sat outside by the fireplace near the swimming pool. - Equipment covers were improperly placed and blocked the way. - The jacuzzi contained debris and black stains, so we had to clean it before use. - The grill was dirty, and I had to clean it before use. I will certainly book the place again, but I suggest these issues be addressed. It is not a major problem, but it is an issue.”

“The overall house was beautiful, but know that this is not a luxury house. It is very dated and needs to be detailed cleaned and updated. The architecture and grounds are absolutely beautiful! Our main issue was with the cleanliness of the property. I had my 40th Birthday girls weekend here and the first morning was spent dealing with the issues of extremely dirty bathrooms, linens, and couches. We were planning to have breakfast on the outside deck, but it had not been cleaned. Unfortunately, that area was not available to be used until they cleaned in the last night we were there. Once we reached out to Yonder they took quite awhile to contact us, so we had already moved people around and went to the store to make our accommodations better. If you do not plan on using the basement rooms and bring a few of your own towels and bed linens you will truly enjoy this place! It just didn’t live up to the description and the standards we are used to.”

“Unfortunately, my stay at this Yonder property in Asheville ruined my birthday trip. An unknown vehicle was at the property when we arrived, and we had not been told to expect anyone there. The hot tub was also dirty and unusable. We were initially told it had been cleaned, but Yonder later acknowledged that it had not. Despite raising the issue, no one came to clean it during our stay. We also experienced poor handling of my partner’s trained service animal. My partner is a military veteran. Yonder was unaccommodating and also claimed the property was not pet-friendly, even though it was advertised that way when we booked. I sent a screen recording showing where they listed it being pet-friendly and explained that it influenced our booking decision for excursions. After sharing that they stopped responding. The conflicting information, unusable amenity, lack of follow-through, & inhospitable communication made this such a disappointing stay. I would not book this property again.”

“A great house for me and my wife to have a get together with my 2 sons families particularly useful given one son has a new baby and the house allowed us to given them bedroom and sitting area away from the other sleeping areas so that they had a private area for themselves. Their dog also loved the fenced in garden. The house it self was clean on arrival and had all of the equipment (vacuum cleaner, brush etc) to keep that way during the 12 days the 6 of us stayed there Overall a great stay”
