“We had a really nice stay here. The property and grounds are beautiful, and Fairview is a quiet town about 20–25 minutes from Asheville. It was a great place to slow down and relax for a few days. Communication with the hosts was great. They were very responsive, professional, and worked with us anytime we had a question or concern. A couple things worth noting: there is a neighboring property behind the house, and during our stay they were doing some work with a fairly loud truck. This may have just been a timing thing. We also had some lawn maintenance happening during the week. The hosts were receptive when we asked for a heads up, so if privacy and quiet are important, I’d recommend checking on the maintenance schedule beforehand. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful grounds, peaceful setting, and a really nice spot for some R&R.”

“Really lovely stay! The space and view were lovely, and it was nice to have a grill and porch. Very relaxing get away. The only downside was that there were a few unexpected maintenance and lawn people that showed up during our stay that took away from the privacy feel a bit.”

“Where to start! We did not want to leave, to say the least. What a beautifully kept property, clean, and everything was as expected. Monica was AMAZING as well, as we needed some assistance while there. Loved our time sitting on the porch enjoying the views!”
