“The meadow and trail were great to walk through and enjoy the native plants. The swing on the back porch over the creek was the perfect place to be with some coffee and a guitar. An ideal getaway.”

“We loved staying at Potter's Place House & Cabin in Fairview and look forward to coming back! It's a great location with excellent accomodations for large groups. We had five children under 5 who loved the creek, yard and indoor activities. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans. The bedrooms were also comfortable and spacious.”

Everything in the listing is as described, and the hosts provided common items to get our stay started! The back porch swing is a must for relaxation! Close to highways and downtown Asheville, but tucked away in its own little nook. Highly recommend!”
