Bluewater Vacation Rentals in Emerald Isle, North Carolina

“Emerald Island is always a great vacation area! However, I booked on AB&B and didn’t realize that no amenities were included, only 1 trash bag and a few rolls of toilet paper. I didn’t come prepared and had to buy all products, added expense. Blue water was helpful and would have supplied some items until I purchased, but the beauty of a host based facility is not having to bring along all amenities. Next time I’ll pay closer attention to the host and ask more questions.”

“It is a good and remote place. Showers are tricky though. The house is quiet, solid and nice. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very good. 5 minutes walking to the beach. A good place for a family and a weekend. I wish checkout time could be 11 instead of 10 am.”

“The house was beautiful. The pool was a great addition! The walk to the beach was a little longer than we thought. There was not a whole lot included for the price we paid. No hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels. There were no beach chairs or umbrellas. A few small sand toys and 2 carts were provided. So if you’re flying, good luck!”

“We had paid for the extra package to have a golf cart and bikes at the property when we arrived, when we got there the golf cart was not working and all of the bike tires were flat. I reached out to the company, they were responsive but they sent someone out who didn’t fix the cart, asked us to look up what the error meant and still didn’t blow up the tires. The house itself was nice and was what was advertised, in a good location, and the people I spoke to on the phone were very kind”
