“Great place, odd rules. The place is as described, clean and super close to spots, but the security deposit and parking made this 3 stars. It felt scammy because they charge a $500 refundable security deposit OR a $20 non-refundable. Been traveling 10+ years, never heard of a $500 security deposit (especially on airbnb? They have protection built in for owners). It just felt like they wanted an extra $20 from a 3rd party website. They also made you park across the street, where you have to hop a sidewalk curb to get to. Not sure why parking in the driveway wasn’t an option since the neighbors did with their cars Besides that, great place! None of the above should detour you from staying here but it’s good to know.”

“The AC didn't work in the bedrooms. It was 85° in the rooms making it impossible to sleep in them. We informed the host of the issue and asked if we could have a refund, saying we would just go somewhere elsen but they asked us to be patient and said they would get the issue fixed. We ended up spending a significant amount of time coordinating with them to get the AC fixed, but it never got below 80° in the bedrooms during our stay. The bedding, couch and carpets were all also stained. The bottoms of our socks were black by the end of the first evening, showing how dirty the floors were. The shower curtains were moldy on the bottoms.”

“The home was beautiful and clean. No complaints there. The air did not work the first night, but the issue was resolved the next day. Key issue was that it was a little ill prepared for an Airbnb stay. I was a conference speaker and so the mornings were early and the nights late. There were no pots/pans. So me preparing my meals were a challenge. We had two guests, but there were only 2 washcloths and towels. For a multi night stay, this proved to be inconvenient as well. If this is a quick turnaround trip for someone, not so bad. Just plan to get food early and not to have access to any of the amenities even though they looked amazing. Oh, and you also have to park across the street… which wasn’t mentioned either. Overall, not terrible, but need something a little geared towards an out of town guest.”

“Stayed here for a week, internet went out for two days. I work from home so I needed the internet. Asked for alternative networks to join as there are 4 other units in the build. Wasn’t given any. First day I was told it would be looked into, 5 hours later and still no internet and no update. I internet wasn’t fixed for 2 days. They requested access to the unit to fix it, we were getting ready for dinner so we had to deny it. They offered a 21.00 dollar refund for the two day outage. I left to find internet to log into my company’s interface both days. They to this day, haven’t even refunded the 21 dollars. We cut our stay short by one night because there was banging on our door at 1am. When I got up to check you could hear music coming from the unit across the hall. Idk if the banging was someone thinking it was us or someone trying to get into that unit thinking it’s our door. Either way, it’s annoying and woke us I did tell the host and they did say they would talk to the that unit”
