“We had a great time and the home is beautiful. Pay careful attention to the toilet paper though, only 1 roll per bathroom and no spares left in the house. Same with paper towels. There was also no dishwasher fluid so we had to purchase our own.”

“There was 2 days of noisy construction during our 6 day stay. The realty company said it was set up by the HOA. I am a condo owner and owners are always given notice of what work would take place when.”

“There was a worker who walked underneath the house and then into the pool to look at something on the pool deck. He did not knock, acknowledge us or let us know why he was there. The company did not communicate that there would be someone stopping by. Did not appreciate that since I thought I was paying for a private family space. Very disrespectful. There was dirt and sand underneath every bed and couch. Which indicates the house is not thoroughly cleaned. The bed sheets did not seem clean as well. The upstairs shower does not drain properly, a lot of water buildup during use. Upon arrival the trashcan was full and was starting to get maggots inside. The keypad on the door randomly charms and beeps throughout the day and night. Village Realty constantly send excessive alerts, messages, reminders throughout your stay. Which is extremely distracting and makes you feel rushed. People do not need a countdown and reminder of when to checkout.”

“Great place! Great location both close to the beach and close to the town of Duck. You can walk to the beach and also walk to the store and duck donuts! Wish there were washer dryer units and a hair dryer though, but not a deal breaker! Pool is nice as well!”
