Beautiful home with a lot of space! We loved the pool, spacious rooms, theater room, kitchen and other amenities. The beach access was perfect and the shops across the street from the community had everything we needed. Unfortunately this place had a few challenges. We were disappointed to find our belongings that were placed on the kitchen island covered with ants when we woke up in the morning. We had the rental company come out and spray but even after that, they were still there. Additionally, the place was not cleaned thoroughly. There were hairs from previous guests in the bathrooms and living room. In the end, if these issues were addressed we would recommend the place to others. It’s a house that multiple families can enjoy. The issues are fixable but they shouldn’t occur at a property this nice.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing overall. The property was not as clean as expected upon arrival, and one of the biggest issues was that there were no linens available for guests to use. We ended up having to spend around $80 purchasing our own linens, which was an unexpected inconvenience and expense. Communication from the host regarding these issues was lacking, and there was little effort made to properly resolve the situation or offer fair compensation. Both myself and the other guests left feeling frustrated and disappointed with how everything was handled. On a positive note, we did enjoy the pool and hot tub amenities, which were nice and helped make the stay somewhat enjoyable. However, the cleanliness issues and lack of basic accommodations overshadowed the experience.

We arrived to 1080 Corolla Dr on May 13th, 2026. The house was beautiful, easy check in, all amenities matched the descriptions. Only issues we had was bed bug, a lot of mosquitoes on the ceiling in the kitchen, we tried grilling but the grill had mold in it which was very unfortunate, so we had to buy a small grill. The pool and hot tub were dirty upon arrival and underneath of one of the pool chairs we found a pack of cigarettes. Overall the house was in a quiet location and it could be a perfect place for you and your family to stay at if some of those issues are resolved.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing overall. Upon arrival, the floors were sticky and several dishes appeared dirty, which immediately made the home feel less clean than expected. The HVAC air filter also looked like it had not been changed in quite some time. The game room had a strong musty smell, and the rug and furniture were heavily stained and looked worn and dingy. The pool was cloudy during our stay, which was concerning. A pool service technician came during the middle of our stay and the experience was very uncomfortable. He did not introduce himself or explain what he was there to do, and he remained on the phone the entire time. He added chemicals to the pool and hot tub without communicating whether it was safe to use them afterward or if we needed to stay out for a period of time. His behavior came across as rude and unprofessional. The property has potential, but cleanliness, maintenance, and communication all need significant improvement.
