“The house is well set up for large groups. The beach is super close, having the cabana service included was a plus! There were many positives, but the negatives are below: Cleaners did not complete their clean so it was dirty and dusty in areas. One of the bedrooms mattress reeked of urine/sweat and it took 4 days to get a replacement and we didn't get new sheets until the last day so the bedroom was unusable. The house was in need of maintenance. A lot of nonworking outlets, lights/light bulbs, the stove would randomly turn on, the left kitchen refer door is not working, A/C not working correctly, trashed hot tub cover/tub, the washer/dryers didn't work half of the time. There are not many kitchen utensils, no spices, no staples that are normal in other rentals. If you want the size and location it is great, but we paid a premium price for a less a substandard level of maintenance rental. This may be because it was listed for sale and the owner doesn't want to spend.”

“This was a very beautiful home. The pool and hot tub where amazing, very spacious it fit 10 of us comfortably. from the balcony we had a good view of fireworks. love this home. We will definitely be back!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The pool isn’t very big, but it was perfect for relaxing and having fun when we weren’t at the beach. The hot tub was also a great bonus in the evenings. The house doesn’t provide beach towels or beach chairs, but it wasn’t a problem since restaurants, grocery stores, and shops were only about a 5-minute drive away. Kayak rentals, jet skis, and tubing were also just 5 minutes from the house, which made it easy to enjoy even more outdoor activities. 3 min drive to the beach or 14 min walk Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!”

We spent time swimming, watching breathtaking sunsets, and simply unwinding by the water. The atmosphere was peaceful, the locals were welcoming, and the food was delicious.
