“Great new build, close to everything! Clean house with good amenities. Club has a lot of nice amenities and pools which was great for our family! Only upgrade I would suggest is pool area is lacking. New homes are being built around the location so it can be loud/not a great sight.”

“This house was brand new and gorgeous. Sits right on the golf course. The clubhouse pool was also beautiful with great activities for the kids. Excellent place for walks in the morning and close to shopping in the afternoon. The host was responsive quickly with any inquiries and had good communication. 100% would stay again.”

“This home is lovely. You can tell it’s been taken care of and lots upgrades have been made recently. For the price we were satisfied, but felt the stay lacked some details/finishing touches. Providing only 1/2 roll of TP to “start off” your guests when there are 4 bathrooms!? Crazy. No garbage can in the kitchen for trash. The outdoor stalls/showers were dirty and unusable-there is one on the pool deck and a foot spout at the house so still in good shape there. Previous guests/cleaning crew missed trash day and left outside bins overflowing-which became maggot infested by the time we had to wheel it to be collected. Overall, our family had a great time. The cul-de-sac it’s located on is perfect for families of all ages. Quick walk to the beach! There’s snacks/coffee/beer garden and more all within a reasonable walking distance. Banana Dog Cafe is a must. Would we stay here again? Yes! Would we check if other houses on the street have availability first-also yes.”
