“Such a beautiful place to spend the weekend! We traveled up for my graduation at WCU. The road before you get it, beware of local dogs running out and chasing your car, and a lazy old blood hound who played dead in the middle of the road. The trek up to the house is definitely steeper than I expected but it is the mountains. Had a hard time unlocking the door upon arrival, but once I pulled the door to, making sure it was not stuck, the code finally let me in. The grill didn’t seem to get very hot, but we made do. Overall, lovely home, clean, and had just about everything we could think of. Only thing I wish was there was a first aid kit, my son scratched up his elbow and we didn’t have any bandaids. Maybe there was one we just couldn’t find it! Thank you again for such a wonderful place for my family to stay, celebrate my graduation, and spend Mother’s Day together! Definitely made some great memories.”

“We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Western Carolina University. The house was absolutely beautiful and more than what I expected. The home was immaculate and a perfect mountain getaway for me and my immediate family. The road to the home is definitely windy and not for a flatlander, but slow and steady wins the race. The rental company was also very responsive to our needs since we could not figure out the heat and thermostat. Totally user error. Easy instructions and we would stay there again.”
