“Lovely home in a peaceful setting. We had a cozy stay in this home. Hot tub was delightful. Host was kind and proactive. Clear instructions were provided. We highly recommend staying here... heck.... we'll probably book it again ourselves!”

“This "home" was just that, very inviting and nostalgic. Everythig was clean, kitchen fairly well stocked. very nice appliances including coffee pot and toaster. The entertainment area down stairs was perfect for our weekend getaway. It included a functional record player, electric keyboard, lots and lots of board games, and a very nice pool table. the beds were also surprisingly comfortable for a rental, a few were memory foam and one was a nice plush foam. the rooms also had nice pillows and blankets. side note if you have time definitely go eat at Haywoods smoke house, which is about 15min away. it is literally the best brisket and ribs I have ever had. It is also quite affordable for the portions you get. Overall the stay was perfect and we will definitely be back.”

“We spent grad weekend here and had everything we needed. The home was comfortable and very well stocked with supplies. The kitchen was great for cooking our meals for our celebration. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of parking space and it was great to not have to jockey the cars around to get in and out. The ramp was helpful for a family member with a walker. The main street in Sylva was about a 5 min walk and very easy to get to restaurants/ breweries. The host was very responsive and answered questions quickly. Would love to stay here again in the future!”

“We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Western Carolina University. The house was absolutely beautiful and more than what I expected. The home was immaculate and a perfect mountain getaway for me and my immediate family. The road to the home is definitely windy and not for a flatlander, but slow and steady wins the race. The rental company was also very responsive to our needs since we could not figure out the heat and thermostat. Totally user error. Easy instructions and we would stay there again.”
