Communication leading up to the trip was amazing, however the communication when we checked in was very sparse. We had an issue with the pool not working upon arrival, I immediately contacted them via message and brought it to their attention. I ended up having to call to get a response. Over all aside from that minor issue everything else was perfect. I really enjoyed staying here and creating so many irreplaceable memories with my family!

This house is placed in a beautiful gated community with tennis court, pickle ball and various swimming pools, walkable distance to a beach and they even have a transport service inside the community that takes you the beach. The house itself is well equipped (jacuzzi, porch, grill) but already a bit aged and the agency could do a better job in maintenance (grill was dirty, toiletries were supplied at the absolute minimum). It is also quite pricey, so make sure you come in a big group to make it worth.

The house itself , was spacious and comfortable. We had an issue with the outdoor spaces cobwebs everywhere, we understand bugs but patios and fences were incredibly dirty spider sacks everywhere. The pool area could’ve used a power wash, the grills were not taken care of, the grill by the pool was missing pieces and scattered around, incredibly dirty as well as the blackstone flat top. Could not access the outside bar. The hot tub was good enough, heating element ended up going out but the company was able to get the vendor out there to fix it. Even though we were fighting for our lives with spiders lol. We enjoyed the time in the house. Just wished everything outside was power washed and cleaned outside.

Trash left in the yard by the curb for the 4 days we stayed there. Constant internet problems (I know they can’t do much about that other getting better service), pool was filthy upon arrival had to take 30 mins to clean. Elevator contactor came out to inspect the elevator and was told I didn’t have to stay to attend but when he arrived he told us that was not true and someone had to be in the house at all times, holding us up for some time while he worked and we were leaving to go enjoy vacation. Response time for Village Reality was horrible. It said they have 8 hour response time on some instances I wouldn’t receive an answer for over 24 hours or a response at all. Definitely not worth what I paid

Would be nice if your parking permit was at the house when you arrive. Had to drive to pick it up after you get there. Otherwise everything was great.
