It was very disappointing to pay such a high price for a vacation home and then find it dusty, trash left by pool, and unknown brown smears on the furniture. I found it unacceptable that we reported a major leak in one of the bathrooms and although a representative came out to look at it, the leak was never fixed. That left us without a bathroom for the duration of our vacation. At a minimum, even if the leak could not be fixed at that time, it would have been courteous if we were contacted with an explanation.

Spacious house for sure! I would suggest to fix beds, use clean beddings, disinfect the kitchen sink to remove smell, and provide the essentials for kitchen, and every bathroom to get the guest started (soap, toilet paper for example) Received numerous automated texts and emails but I tried to contact number provided for questions and issues but nobody responded. I feel that human contact is always important!

This place is kind of a hot mess. It started off with us being notified 30 minutes before the 5:00 check-in time that the cleaners were just then getting there. But we ended up being stuck in traffic right there on the island for over an hour so thankfully it didn't end up delaying us further. There were excessive welcome emails saying generally the same things, but it felt kind of spammy. We did know from the emails that there was very little included. There ended up not being any toilet paper or trash bags that we had been told would be provided to start. * Please note* hand soap for the bathrooms is not even provided with this house. The house was dirty- there were cigar butts and cigarette butts outside at the pool and on the porches. The furniture is cheap and uncomfortable, including the beds and pillows. These things were mentioned to the management company and they pretty much just said thank you for letting us know. I would consider staying here again if it was half price.

Great location next to the pool and walkable to beach. Unfortunately the house was dirty and we had problems with 4 amenities without any help to fix them. (No WiFi, no living room tv, dirty hot tub that didn’t work, and missing pool passes for a few days of our stay)

We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great—close to the beach and other attractions. Before check-in, I asked about an early arrival and was told I'd receive a text or email if one became available, but I never did. We drove by around 2:30 p.m. and saw the cleaners still there. When we drove by again around 3:30 p.m., they were gone, although the garbage was still piled high outside. The home looked clean at first, but we found several housekeeping issues. There were sticky, dirty knives put away in the kitchen drawer, hair on the shower wall in the master bathroom, and in the kids' room we found an empty bottle of nail glue by the mattress along with 2 candy wrappers. The home itself was nice, but the cleanliness fell short of our expectations. With more thorough cleaning and better communication, this would have been a much better stay. Gave 3 stars because we got our cleaning fee refunded.
