“Amazing stay! Clean property, fully loaded kitchen. A few issues: one showerhead had a gap and low pressure, the outside shower was still broken despite being told it was fixed, and the memory foam mattress ran warm even with A/C. The kitchen window was left open at arrival (didn’t notice for a few days), and there was no carbon monoxide alarm, so I had to bring my own. For the price, it’d be nice to have beach gear included (chairs, wagon) instead of hauling it all ourselves. Not the property’s fault, but some guests cut through by our unit instead of the walkway ,which didn’t make it feel less private and didn’t clean up after dogs. Pool has no shade unless you pay $150+ for a cabana. Still, we’d love to come back — great property overall!”

“We have been coming to OBX for years and always staying in Corolla. This place is a walkable distance from the beach, and has everything that you would need for a beach vacation!”

“Really great place to stay for our family of four. Awesome location - very walkable to the beach along with restaurants, shops and things to do. The cottage is super cute and tidy and well maintained. We will definely be back!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. We couldn't figure out how to work jacuzzi tub on 3rd floor but we didnt bother to ask the company because we just enjoyed our time in the Jacuzzi outside. It was not a far walk from the beach. The check was a little earlier than 6pm which was nice since we got to OBX around 12:00pm to go shopping and eat before check-in. Overall we had a great stay!”
