“We had a great time. The house was what we expected. The walk to the beach was hard for our 3 ur old but we were able to drop off our stuff so that only one person had to do the walking. We had plenty of room and it was a short drive to shops and restaurants.”

“House was well appointed & a short, easy walk to the beach. It has a nice, relaxing pool area & pretty decorations through the house. Comfortable living area. The bed on top floor was uncomfortable & could use replacing. There is a loose porch railing that needs to be repaired and seems dangerous. A guest alerted property mgmt ~month prior to our stay, but it still isn’t fixed. When we arrived, some beds didn’t have sheets, towels were not laid out throughout house, and there was dirty laundry downstairs. This was addressed the following day. The biggest reason we won’t be back is the house next door had a group partying so much that they were throwing up off the porch for hours and one person was passed out on the porch in his own vomit. They were also smoking weed from a bong on the porch. They left broken glass beer bottles on the walk to the beach. We learned the house is not available for rent but instead owned by an LLC. This would make me worried that this group could return.”

“We loved our stay here. It is an easy walk down to the beach and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Everything was as advertised and the place was perfect for our family. The one note we would make is that Carolina Shores runs it like more a traditional OBX vacation beach rental than an AirBnB. That means that there are no towels provided and no shampoo/conditioner, so make sure you bring some!”

“Beautiful home very close to beach. Easy access to town yet tucked away and private. plenty of space for 2 full families. The house is equipped with everything you could ask for.”
