“This Airbnb looks just like the photos so that’s definitely a plus! The backyard is beautiful and our dog enjoyed it. However the remote was missing and we were told to download an app because they didn’t know where it was. They had ants everywhere in the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. I asked if the pace had been treated and the response was just to offer to send over some raid and additional traps. Even with treating the house ourself there were still ants. We toughed it out since we had no other options while there for medical care but I wouldn’t stay again.”

“Great stay minor things that were a non issue like for example not finding the remote and the house being little stuffy but other than that I would stay again if I visit Charlotte again”

“This was on okay stay for the weekend. If you plan to spend more time in the city I would get something in one of the more walkable neighborhoods. If you have a pet this is not the best yard for them.”

“The one important negative was that the dishwasher was broken and we had a party of five-so that was an issue. There was no offer from the owner to send someone in to fix it when I informed them, either. I was in town for my daughter’s wedding and did not want to do dishes by hand. The place itself was great, tho! Clean and shower had great pressure. Cooking pans were minimal but adequate. We had a great stay if you leave out the dirty dishes issue!”

“"Leisr Stays" was a good host, very kind and was able to respond (not completely) to the needs that were felt. Despite the number of problems encountered, I am sorry, but my stay was really not favorable. "Leisr Stays" knew how to react but not quickly. Lack of responsiveness and resolution in the event of a problem. A lack of professionalism in my opinion. I think work needs to be done by the host on the ups and downs of life.”
