“Our stay at this Airbnb in Charlotte was unfortunately very disappointing. The air conditioning did not work on the 2nd and 3rd floor on one side of the home, and despite making the host aware of the issue, it was never resolved during our stay. We were ultimately offered only a $200 refund, which did not even cover the cost of one night and, in our opinion, did not adequately compensate for such a major inconvenience. Cleanliness and maintenance were also concerns. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned, and both the tub and sink had drainage issues, making them unpleasant and difficult to use. We expected a clean, comfortable, and fully functioning property for the amount we paid, and unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations. We gave the host an opportunity to address the issues while we were there, but the most significant problem was never corrected. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.”
