“well there is alot of hidden fees and one night there was a shooting right next door , only 2 tvs in the whole house, shit load of stairs and the oven didn't work . They said if u break any of the rules there's a 2,500 dollar fee it's just not worth it for us”

That definitely rubbed me the wrong way. I understand wanting perfection but you can only achieve it with HONEST feedback.”

“Upon booking through app, was asked to do a pre check-in through 3rd party website where I had to upload my ID and pay an additional fee outside of what I was already charged through Air bnb. The kitchen was essentially unusable due to the lack of pots, pans, pot holders, and broken dishes. After visiting a local theme park all day, we came back to realize there were only 2 wash cloths for the entire family. The townhouse is close to an airport and the noise level is rather unfortunate and kept us up at night. I will say, we liked that it was an end unit, and we had no issues finding the location. The beds were comfy and there lots of pillows. Check-in and out were very easy. Upon checkout, I received a call from the rental company asking why I rated it 4 stars. I explained all the above, and the agent asked if there was any way they could compensate us to make up for “the minor inconveniences” because they really wanted a 5 star review. Overall, just an okay stay.”
